Bobby opens up about something a lot of grown-ups feel but rarely say out loud: his one real-life friend outside of work, not a coworker, just the guy he plays pickleball with every week, is moving away, and he's genuinely bummed about it. He admits it took a year and a half to even call the guy a friend, because making friends as an adult is just hard, and he was almost embarrassed to tell his wife how sad it made him.
