A police department posted surveillance photos asking the public to help identify a "suspect," and the crew is floored when they read what he actually did: someone dropped $30 on the floor at a store, he picked it up, and didn't turn it in. That's the whole crime. The room agrees it's absurd, Bobby points out the manhours would cost way more than $30, and Amy notes the comments were full of people offering to just cover the $30 themselves. The good news: he ended up returning the money and the complaint was dropped.
