A mom writes in: her 15 year old daughter has been invited on a Labor Day beach trip with her boyfriend and his family, and his parents will be there the whole time. The crew splits. Amy's a conditional yes, she'd want to know the parents first, and makes the point that if these kids have been together a while, you'd probably already know them from pickups and drop-offs. The guys aren't budging. Amy pushes back on the idea that a beach trip automatically means trouble, arguing it's mostly cookouts, card games, and walks on the beach. What would you do?
